My Superglue

I forget when or where, but I remember hearing, reading, or seeing somewhere that super glue is a great way to heal up an incision in a pinch. This is going to sound as cheesey as can be, but I think I have the best friends and family in the world. This week has been a tough one on me so far, and I have leaned on my friends and family heavily to help me through it, and I just wanted to say that whoever said time heals all wounds is full of crap, they should have said, "Time, superglue, or my friends heal all wounds". much more appropriate... and to all you friends and family... new and old. thanks... you are the best...

Somehow, I must have sub-consciously known that this was going to be a tough week for me cuz I splurged and bought some stuff on amazon. I got a flogging molly and guster (parachute) CD. Both are awesome!!! It is amazing how gaelic rock and poppy rock can lifts ones spirits. I ended up rocking out in my kitchen doing dishes and loving every minute of it!!

ohh yeah, this is supposedly a running blog... i haven't run since monday. maybe tomorrow morning. I have the alarm set but we will see what happens. halla back
